Notification of amendment of Legal Profession (Barrister) Rules pursuant to s583 of the Legal Profession Act 2006 |

The Bar Council of the ACT Bar Association has resolved to amend its Rules. The proposed amendments are reflected in Rules 112 and 114.1-114.8.
